Homecoming week is upon us! All students, staff, and anyone else that wants to are welcome to join in our spirit week themes!
Falcons fall to the Sabres 64-42. Next up is homecoming next Friday at Fairfield against Central Christian.
Due to lightning strikes in the vicinity, the football game is in a weather delay. When we have an all clear signal given, we will start a 30 minute timer for warm ups before beginning the game. Until then, feel free to stop by and enjoy the delicious food at our concession stand.

Congratulations to our Middle School Volleyball teams on a clean sweep last night against Central Christian and Burrton. The girls have shown immense improvement over the course of the season and it's awesome to see that improvement turn into some wins! Way to go Falcons!

We are reaching out to remind you that your family qualifies for Summer EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) benefits this year based on your participation in the free and reduced-priced meals program during the 2023-24 school year. This program provides $120 in grocery assistance during the summer months when school meals are not available for income-eligible students to receive free and reduced-priced meals at school.
To receive these benefits, you must create an account with the Department of Children and Families and apply for the SEBT.
Act soon, because the form deadline ends on October 15th! You will be asked to provide your name, your child’s name, school, date of birth, and address. You will also be asked to report your household’s income. To apply, you do not need to provide any other documents or information, including your social security number or proof of citizenship. Benefits will be distributed within 15 days of a form being submitted.

*While many families received this benefit through auto-issuance, if you believe your children qualify but have not received this benefit, please apply by October 15th.
If you have any questions about Summer EBT, please get in touch with the Kansas Department for Children and Families hotline at 1-888-369-4777. From there, you can press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish. When prompted, press 5 to take you directly to the Summer-EBT Department.
Homecoming is Friday, September 27th. Come out and support the candidates, players and FFA who will be having their Pork Chop BBQ from 4-8pm.

The winning class will be awarded with cookies from our Elementary Stucco! Also, everyone is invited to wear GOLD on Thursday, September 19th in support of the fight against Childhood Cancer.
