High school students (Juniors and Seniors) can earn college credit and have their tuition waived on certain classes at all Kansas Community Colleges and Technical Schools.
Governor Brownback signed Senate Bill 155 (SB155) into law during the summer of 2012. The main purpose of the bill is to stimulate growth in Career & Technical Education at both the secondary and post-secondary level in Kansas. SB155 will enable a seamless transition into a postsecondary technically-related career or a general college degree plan.
